Connect Women. Share Ideas. Create Opportunities.
Global Women’s Week brings together women, professionals, organizations, and communities from around the world to share knowledge, experiences, and ideas. We invite women who believe in collaboration, meaningful connections, and supporting one another to join our international network of volunteer Coordinators.
Whether you are a professional, entrepreneur, academic, community leader, or someone who enjoys bringing people together, your experience and connections can make a difference. We understand that everyone has professional, personal, and family commitments. Our approach is flexible, collaborative, and built on mutual support.

A flexible & meaningful commitment
We recognize that our Coordinators are busy professionals, entrepreneurs, academics, and community members who generously volunteer their time. Together, we will identify a suitable role and agree on realistic activities and timelines. Most coordination responsibilities are completed before Global Women’s Week begins: inviting speakers and organizations, organizing panels, confirming participants, and sharing program information with the organizing team. Coordinators are not expected to attend every event or remain available throughout the week unless they have agreed to support a specific session.
