How can I register?
Visit our Register page and choose the form that fits you: attendee, speaker or program contributor, partner, volunteer, artist, exhibitor or media.
Is registration required?
Yes. Registration is required for speakers, coordinators, organizational representatives, collaborators, volunteers, and general participants.
Does submitting the form guarantee participation?
No. Submitting the form expresses your interest but does not guarantee selection as a speaker, coordinator, partner, volunteer, or program contributor.
Will I receive a confirmation after registering?
Confirmation or further communication will be sent after the registration is reviewed. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly.
When is the registration deadline?
Deadlines may vary by program. Early registration is recommended because space in some panels and activities is limited.
Can I update my information after submitting the form?
Yes. Contact the organizing team if important information needs to be updated after registration.
Is there a registration fee?
Most online sessions are free. Any applicable registration or participation fees — for example tickets for the Official Ceremony — will be clearly communicated before final confirmation. Completing an initial application does not automatically create a payment obligation.
Can I cancel my registration?

Complete the speaker and program contributor application. You will be asked for your professional background, proposed subject, format and relevant experience. The application deadline is 15 January 2027.
What information should speakers provide?
Applicants should provide a short professional biography, professional headshot, proposed topic, area of expertise, city and country, preferred language, professional links, and relevant experience.
Can I propose my own topic?

Yes. A proposal should include the subject, purpose, suggested speakers, moderator, language, format, and expected audience.
Can I recommend another speaker?
Yes. You may recommend an expert or community leader using our recommendation form. The recommended person will still need to complete the application process.
How are speakers selected?
Speakers are selected according to experience, proposed topic, relevance, diversity of perspectives, program quality, available space, and the overall balance of each session.
Will all speaker applications be accepted?
No. Program space is limited, and submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
What is expected from an approved speaker?
Approved speakers are expected to attend preparation meetings, submit requested materials by the deadlines, follow the session format, promote their participation when possible, and respect the event’s professional standards.
Will speakers receive payment?
Unless a separate written agreement is provided, participation should not be understood as a paid speaking engagement. Any honorarium or financial arrangement must be confirmed in writing.
Will speakers receive a certificate?
Confirmed speakers and coordinators may receive a certificate after completing their program responsibilities.

Selected sessions may be photographed, recorded, livestreamed, archived or shared on Global Women’s Week platforms and those of our partners, including Persian Awards. Participants will receive relevant consent information.

Will the venue be accessible?
Accessibility information will be provided for each confirmed venue. Participants are encouraged to indicate accessibility requirements during registration.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for formal in-person programs is generally business, corporate chic, or formal. Specific requirements will be included in the event invitation.
