Registration and fees

Completing an application or registration form does not create a payment obligation. Any registration, participation, exhibition or sponsorship fees are clearly communicated before final confirmation, together with any refund terms that apply to that program or agreement.

If you can no longer take part

Please let us know as early as possible through the contact form so your place can be offered to another applicant. Speakers and moderators are asked to give at least 14 days’ notice so the session can be rearranged.

Changes to the program

Dates, speakers, venues, session times and formats may change when necessary. Registered participants will be informed of significant updates by email and on this website.

If a session is cancelled

Where possible the session will be rescheduled, moved online, replaced or cancelled. Registered participants will receive updated information. Where a fee was paid for a cancelled session, the refund or credit terms in your confirmation apply.

Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs if a program is changed or cancelled for reasons beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, public-health measures, venue closures or technical outages. We recommend flexible travel bookings.

Affiliated events

Events hosted by affiliated organizations under the Global Women's Week banner are run by those organizations, and their own registration and cancellation terms apply.
