Affiliated Host Program

Host your own event.
Be part of Global Women’s Week.

Every year from 1 to 8 March, organizations and individuals around the world host events for women under one shared banner. Propose your talk, workshop, performance, exhibition, screening or celebration — in your city or online — and we will list it on the official Global Women’s Week calendar.

How it works

Four steps to your affiliated event

  1. 1

    Create your organizer account

Free for organizations, universities, businesses, community groups, artists and individuals.

  2. 2

    Propose your event

Tell us what it is — talk, workshop, performance, expo, screening, and more — its purpose, audience, date and place. Each event is a separate proposal.

  3. 3

    We review and approve

Our team checks every proposal against the host guidelines and replies by email, sometimes with suggestions.

  4. 4

    Complete, publish, welcome guests

Add images, agenda, speakers and sponsors; take registrations here (free or paid tickets) or link to your own ticketing — then publish to the calendar.

The basics

Host guidelines

  • Your event supports women — their stories, rights, health, work, leadership, creativity or wellbeing
  • It takes place during Global Women’s Week (1–8 March), in person anywhere in the world or online
  • You run your event: venue, speakers, content, safety and local rules are your responsibility
  • You follow our Code of Conduct and use the Global Women’s Week name and logo as described in the brand guide
  • Hosting is free. If you sell tickets through our site, a small service fee applies and your payout is sent after the event

Stay in the loop

Program news, speakers, events near you and calls to take part — a few emails a month.
